or Estimates. We offer late and extended hours for all Scheduled Services. Calls can be

Priority Service:
Commercial operations in SW PA can call 24 hours to receive our
priority technical service. For first time priority service expect
our call back within four hours of your report, technician will be dispatched at that time
and will be on site within 24 hours.

Snider Communications Refund & Replacement Policy
ALL Labor is NON Refundable. All Snider Communications Technicians are trained or certified Electronic Technicians and ALL installations are kept to the TIA-568 Low Voltage Standards.
Refunds for Parts will be issued ONLY in the case of repeated defect and subject to a 30% Restocking & Handling Fee.
Shipping costs are NON Refundable.
Defective Parts & Devices will be replaced. If an installed device or part does not work properly the part is replaced free of charge for 30 days. ALL Parts are covered by Manufacturer Warranty against factory defects for 1 year.
Only Devices and Parts installed by Snider Communications technicians are covered by the 30 Day Up and Running Guarantee. Snider Communications is NOT responsible for devices or parts that are purchased and NOT installed by a Snider Communications technician.
Pro700, AIPhone, Viking, and Sony devices can not be returned unless repeated problems with the system occur. ALL parts are replaced or repaired.
*Lemon Notice: Snider Communications makes special exception to returns and refunds for parts, devices or systems that show repeated failures and DO NOT perform to the customers original specifications.
